The national flag of Armenia is the Armenian tricolor consisting of red, blue and orange colors from top to bottom.
The meaning of the colors are interpreted as follows: red symbolizes the Armenian people's continued struggle for survival, Armenia's independence and freedom, Christian faith; blue emblematizes the will of the Armenian people to live peacefully and orange stands for hard-working nature of the people of Armenia.
The Republic of Artsakh adopted a flag derived from the flag of Armenia with only a white pattern added on the right side of the flag.
